At Triangle Grapevine, every item is made to order just for you. Because our products are custom printed through our fulfillment partner, we can only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.
We want you to love what you ordered, so if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please email shop@trianglegrapevine.com within 30 days of delivery. Include:

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please reach out within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Because each item is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preference. Please check size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
If a return or exchange is approved, you’ll receive specific instructions and a return shipping address. Do not send items back to Triangle Grapevine or directly to the manufacturer unless instructed.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you received an item as a gift and it arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and include the order information if available. We’ll help you arrange a replacement.
