Wine & Cheese Pairing

The Raleigh Wine Shop is offering a 90-minute guided class exploring the art of pairing wine and cheese. Participants will taste five cheeses, each thoughtfully matched with a complementary wine, while learning pairing principles such as contrast vs. complement, texture matching, and flavor balance.

Each guest also receives a take-home booklet with pairing tips, tasting notes, and suggestions for creating boards at home. With only 12 seats per session, this intimate class is ideal for anyone looking to elevate their palate or hosting skills.
