Experience an exceptional pairing of Champagne and seasonal cuisine as Herons celebrates The Umstead Hotel and Spa’s second year as an official Krug Ambassade. Chef Steven Devereaux Greene will create a four-course dinner inspired by the fall harvest at One Oak Farm, with each course thoughtfully paired with a different expression of Krug Champagne. Offered for five evenings only, this intimate dinner brings together ingredients grown just beyond the restaurant and one of Champagne’s most celebrated houses for a rare exploration of season, place, and wine.
